About Valrico Roofing Pros

Who we are

Valrico Roofing Pros is a roofing contractor based at 2700 St Anthony Dr in Valrico. We repair roofs across 33594 and 33596, and most of our work is one thing: finding roof leaks and fixing them so they stay fixed.

We focus on leaks because that's where homeowners get let down most. A stain gets patched from below, or a roof gets sealed right above the drip, and the water comes back with the next August storm. Water rarely gets in where it shows up inside. Finding the real entry point takes time in the attic and on the roof, and that's the part we don't skip.

How we work

• We find the real leak. Attic first, then the roof, then a hose test if needed.
• You see it before you pay for it. Photos of the problem and a written, itemised price before work starts.
• Repair first. If a repair will do the job, that's what we recommend. If the roof is done, we show you why.
• No pressure. No door-knocking after storms, no assignment of benefits, no deductible games. Get a second opinion if you like.
• Clean site. Old materials hauled away and a magnet sweep for nails before we leave.
• Everything in writing. Scope, price and terms are on your written estimate before you sign.

Why we focus on Valrico

Valrico roofs have their own problems. Tile roofs in River Hills are reaching underlayment age. First-generation shingle roofs in Buckhorn Preserve are past 20 years. Oaks along Bloomingdale Avenue drop leaves into valleys and limbs onto roofs. And from June to September, afternoon thunderstorms push rain sideways into every weak spot. Knowing that saves time on every job. See our full service area.
